At Skyservice, we operate under a single guiding principle of Safety and Service Excellence – Always! This principle guides our approach on how we treat our customers and employees and has been the foundation to how we are approaching the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
During the onset of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Skyservice has taken preemptive steps to ensure the safety of our customers, our flight crews and our employees. All of our staff have been notified and trained on best practices to prevent the virus from spreading and we have increased the frequency of our facility cleaning and disinfecting routines. We have implemented a work-from-home policy to reduce staff concentrations and support our employees in need of childcare solutions. Only the essential operating staff will remain on-site to ensure your safety and to provide you with the same high level of service that you have known Skyservice to deliver.
We would like to ensure you, that through these times our Aircraft Charter services remain available and our facilities open. Our Charter Coordinators are here to assist you with any travel requirements you may have across Canada and respond to questions on destinations outside of Canada. Charter Services continues to be the best and safest option when flying.
We recognize the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) is changing rapidly and these are unsettling times. We hope to provide you with some certainty, that your safety and wellbeing are Skyservice’s top priority. We will continue to review updates from the Federal Government, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other agencies around the world to ensure that we maintain the highest levels of preventative measures, while ensuring our customers, guests and employees are safe.
Thank-you for choosing Skyservice.
